About the Role

As a Medical Laboratory Technologist I working the 2nd shift, you'll perform essential laboratory testing and analysis that supports our diagnostic platform and contributes to patient health. In this full-time position, you'll be part of our molecular laboratory team, where accuracy and dedication directly impact the quality of our work in advancing cancer prevention diagnostics.

What You'll Do

• Execute molecular and clinical laboratory tests with precision and consistent accuracy
• Prepare, process, and analyze biological specimens according to established laboratory protocols and standards
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation and diagnostic equipment
• Record and verify laboratory results with meticulous attention to detail
• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols, quality assurance procedures, and infection control best practices
• Collaborate with fellow laboratory technologists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot common technical issues

What We're Looking For

• Current Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) certification or immediate eligibility
• Understanding of laboratory safety standards and proper handling of biological materials
• Hands-on experience with laboratory instrumentation and quality control procedures
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed protocols and maintain meticulous records
• Reliable, team-focused professional with strong work ethic
• Availability to work second shift consistently
• High school diploma or equivalent required; laboratory experience in a clinical or research setting preferred
