The Opportunity
Exelare is currently seeking an experienced Medical Device Sales representative to join our expanding team in Seattle North. This role offers a unique opportunity to sell innovative technology that involves regenerating cells from patients and implanting them back into the patient under the guidance of orthopedic surgeons.
- Excellent territory available due to company expansion
- Generous base salary with an UNLIMITED commission plan, bonuses, kickers, and contests

What You'll Do
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Contacting healthcare providers to introduce the company's regenerative technology solutions
- Navigating through sales processes, from initial contact to closing deals
- Building and maintaining relationships with key orthopedic surgeons and other medical professionals
- Providing technical support and product training to potential clients
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
- Familiarity with orthopedic surgery and regenerative medicine is a plus but not required
