What You'll Do

• Assemble precision optical and medical device components according to detailed work instructions and technical specifications
• Perform quality inspections and testing of assembled products to ensure compliance with strict medical device standards
• Maintain accurate assembly records and production documentation
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with engineering teams to implement effective solutions
• Follow cleanroom and contamination control protocols essential for medical device manufacturing
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment safely and efficiently
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives on the production floor

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as an assembly technician, preferably in medical device, optical, or precision manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
• Valid transportation and full-time availability for the Milpitas location
• Understanding of or willingness to learn medical device manufacturing compliance standards
