The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Meat Production/Knife Hand to join our team at Labourpower in Wetherill Park. This role offers full-time employment with flexible shift options and competitive pay rates.

• Day Shift: 6am-2pm, Rate: $33 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: 2pm-10pm, Rate: $38 per hour

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient preparation, trimming, cutting, and processing of raw meat products used in the production of premium pet food. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, trim, cut, and process raw meat products for use in pet food production
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Follow established safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in meat processing or related field is preferred but not required
• A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including day and afternoon shifts
• MUST RESIDE IN SYDNEY (Wetherill Park area)
