As a Meat/Produce Team Associate at Walmart, you'll be the backbone of our fresh departments. Your Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise fresh meat and produce items according to company standards
• Monitor product freshness and remove expired or damaged items promptly
• Assist customers with product selection, preparation tips, and special requests
• Maintain clean, organized department spaces and follow all food safety protocols
• Operate department equipment safely and report maintenance needs
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and stocking targets

Who We're Looking For

• Reliable and detail-oriented individual with strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Customer service experience or demonstrated customer-focused mindset
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn food safety and handling practices
• Team player who communicates effectively with supervisors and coworkers
• Availability to work a full-time schedule including mornings, afternoons, and weekends as needed
