Role Overview

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused drivers to join our Maxi Taxi fleet. Our Maxi Taxis serve as larger, wheelchair-accessible vehicles capable of carrying up to 11 passengers. They provide essential services such as school runs, group bookings, airport transfers, and accessible transport for the Port Macquarie community.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off passengers at various locations including schools, airports, and local events.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure all passengers have a positive experience.
• Ensure the Maxi Taxi is clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Follow company policies and procedures to provide safe and efficient transportation services.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Prior experience as a taxi or livery driver is preferred but not mandatory.
• The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with passengers of all ages and backgrounds.
