About This Position

We are currently seeking experienced Masters to join our offshore marine operations team. As a Master on one of our modern Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV), you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transfer of crew members between platforms in UK waters.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee vessel operations, including navigation and cargo handling.
• Manage crew and ensure a safe working environment on board the CTV.
• Coordinate with other vessels and shore-based personnel as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 500 days of experience as a Master in offshore operations is required, or equivalent experience.
• Valid Master’s license for Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV) from the UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage crew effectively.
• Familiarity with modern CTV equipment and procedures.
