Global Marketing Communications Manager

Celestica is seeking a Global Marketing Communications Manager in Atlanta, Fulton County to lead strategic brand and marketing initiatives across our organization. In this full-time role, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen our competitive position in the connectivity and cloud solutions markets while advancing corporate growth priorities.

About the Role

As Global Marketing Communications Manager, you'll direct the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Celestica's corporate brand vision and business objectives. Working within our Corporate Brand, Marketing and Communications team, you'll collaborate across departments to amplify our market presence, drive customer engagement, and support key business units with targeted marketing support.

What You'll Do

• Develop and launch strategic marketing campaigns supporting our Connectivity and Cloud Solutions business segment and other growth priorities
• Create compelling marketing content—messaging frameworks, collateral, case studies, and digital assets—designed for target audiences and distribution channels
• Manage brand consistency across internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with corporate positioning and strategic initiatives
• Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and translate them into integrated marketing programs
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategy, positioning, and campaign development
• Oversee marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization
• Support executive communications and corporate messaging initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, communications, or brand management—preferably in technology, industrial, or manufacturing sectors
• Demonstrated ability to develop integrated marketing strategies and execute multi-channel campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate complex messaging clearly
• Proficiency with marketing automation, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with sales, product, operations, and executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments while managing competing priorities and deadlines
