What This Role Involves
The Manufacturing Team Associate role at Sunspace Modular Enclosures involves a variety of essential tasks. You will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and production of sunrooms, as well as other seasonal products. Additionally, you'll help set up and organize material locations to ensure smooth operations within the day shift (7am to 4pm). This position reports directly to the Production Coordinator.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing/production of sunrooms and other seasonal products
- Aid in setting up and organizing material locations for efficient workflow
- Receive and follow directions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Participate in quality control checks to maintain high standards of product integrity
What We're Looking For
We seek candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. Experience in manufacturing or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as you will be working closely with other team members.
