- Perform equipment maintenance and calibration to maintain optimal production conditions.
- Support new product introduction by developing manufacturing processes and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO/TS16949).
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
