SuccessFactors EC & Time Off consultant (IN, Bangalore, Virtual, India, APAC)

Shape the next era of corporate travel technology with BCD Travel as a SuccessFactors EC & Time Off Consultant based in India. In this full-time HRIS role, you'll own the configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off for an in-house implementation team.

About the Role

This is an HRIS Analyst position dedicated to BCD Travel's in-house SAP SuccessFactors support initiative in India. Reporting to Ankita Mohapatra, you'll focus on the Employee Central Time Off (leave) module, translating regional HR policies into reliable, automated system behavior while supporting the wider HR community. The schedule for this role runs on a 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist HR colleagues, people managers, and employees with day-to-day Employee Central queries and support.
• Design, build, and roll out Employee Central Time Off configurations that map to evolving business needs.
• Author and refine business rules that automate workflows and remove manual effort.
• Partner with internal HR teams to interpret leave policies, accrual logic, and country-specific compliance.
• Construct and maintain MDF objects, workflows, and validation rules across SuccessFactors.
• Set up time types, time accounts, holiday calendars, and work schedules with precision.
• Keep current with new SAP SuccessFactors Time Off releases, capabilities, and recommended practices.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of hands-on Employee Central experience.
• At least two completed end-to-end implementations.
• Solid command of the Time Off (leave) module.
• Confident, practical skill with business rules.
• Comfort working the 1:00 PM–10:00 PM shift.
• Strong Excel ability, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• An appetite for picking up additional skills as the role grows.
