About the Role

Ecoplexus is building the next generation of renewable energy infrastructure. As Manager of Real Estate for Solar and Storage, you'll be at the center of identifying, evaluating, and securing prime locations for utility-scale and distributed solar and battery storage projects. This role combines strategic property development with operational execution in one of the fastest-growing segments of clean energy.

What You'll Do

• Scout and evaluate real estate opportunities for solar and energy storage facilities across target markets
• Manage the entire site acquisition process, from market analysis and property evaluation to negotiation and closing
• Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, municipalities, and utility partners
• Conduct feasibility studies, title reviews, and environmental due diligence to support project development
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and development teams to align site selection with technical and commercial requirements
• Track market trends and regulatory changes affecting real estate strategy in renewable energy
• Support portfolio management and reporting on acquisition pipeline and site performance

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in real estate, property acquisition, land development, or project development
• Understanding of solar energy, energy storage, or renewable energy industries (or strong transferable experience in project-based real estate)
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
• Self-starter mentality with drive to identify and execute opportunities independently
• Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate complex property and financial data
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management capabilities
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
