About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll play a key part in preserving the appearance, function, and safety of Grovewood Manor. Your day-to-day work centers on readying vacant apartments for new residents and supporting the broader maintenance team across the property's exteriors, common areas, and individual units.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the tasks, materials, and supplies needed to turn vacant units around efficiently and prepare them for new occupancy.
