As a Maintenance Make Ready/Porter based in Raytown, Missouri, you will work hands-on under the direction of the Property Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor. This on-site, full-time position centers on turning vacant apartments into market-ready homes and maintaining a clean, welcoming appearance across the property grounds, model units, and unoccupied apartments. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments so they are clean, functional, and ready to lease.
• Maintain the overall appearance and upkeep of the property grounds.

• Report to and coordinate with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
