About the Role

The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and processes, as well as excellent leadership skills to manage a team effectively.

Core Duties

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to maintain optimal machine performance and minimize downtime
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures and extend asset life
• Supervise and train the maintenance staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they become critical
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of successful leadership in a maintenance environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Strong technical skills with mechanical systems and equipment
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software is a plus
