About This Position
We are currently seeking a mechanically minded Machine Operator to join our team at HRCheck Aust. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing within one of Australia's leading packaging manufacturers based in Yatala. You will be trained to operate a range of production equipment and contribute to the efficient operation of a modern manufacturing facility that produces packaging for major Australian businesses.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Operate various types of production machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of quality control in all produced items
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment as required
- Follow detailed instructions and work orders to ensure consistency and accuracy in production processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
- Basic understanding of quality control principles
- Valid driver's license (for travel between facilities if required)
