What This Role Involves

The LTD Claims Consultant is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution to deliver key metric results while increasing claim management accuracy and service delivery. The role involves a significant focus on ensuring claims are processed efficiently and accurately.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of key metric results in LTD claims processing
• Increase claim management accuracy and service delivery
• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of claims
• Work closely with the People Leader to determine travel requirements for office visits
• Manage a portfolio of cases, ensuring timely and quality resolution

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who have a strong background in claims processing or a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. Additionally, the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial.
