About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site locum opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner supporting an established Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) on the West Side of Worcester County. The assignment carries an initial two-week contract with ongoing scheduling demand, giving you long-term continuity and dependable shifts. You'll join a team-oriented clinical environment where your neonatal expertise directly supports the hospital's most vulnerable patients, with an ASAP start for candidates ready to step in quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced, hands-on clinical care to neonates within the hospital's NICU.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage newborn patients in collaboration with physicians and the wider care team.
• Maintain coverage across ongoing scheduled shifts to ensure consistent NICU staffing.
• Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary colleagues.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure, with credentials valid for practice in Massachusetts.
