About the Role
As Senior Litigation Counsel at Talently, you will take ownership of complex, high-stakes disputes for a technology company devoted to advancing artificial intelligence. This is a hands-on, full-time position based on-site in Menlo Park, where you will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage litigation matters from inception through resolution. We are looking for a self-directed legal professional who thrives in a culture grounded in curiosity, excellence, and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage litigation matters and high-stakes legal disputes on behalf of the company.
- Develop and execute litigation strategy that protects the organization's interests and supports its mission in artificial intelligence.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal risk, exposure, and case posture across a range of complex matters.
- Oversee and coordinate with outside counsel while keeping cases moving efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Anticipate emerging legal issues at the intersection of technology, AI, and litigation.
Qualifications
- Substantial, demonstrated experience handling litigation and high-stakes legal matters as senior counsel.
- Strong command of legal strategy, with the judgment to navigate ambiguous, fast-moving disputes.
- Familiarity with the technology sector and an interest in artificial intelligence and its evolving legal landscape.
- An active license to practice law and the credentials expected of a senior litigator.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset suited to a hands-on in-house role.

Compensation
This full-time, on-site role in Menlo Park, San Mateo County offers a salary range of $220,000–$300,000, commensurate with experience.
