What This Role Involves

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications as prescribed by physicians
• Performing physical assessments to monitor patient's condition
• Providing education on self-care techniques and rehabilitation exercises
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive patient care
• Maintaining accurate records of patients' progress and treatments

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in rehabilitation. Key qualifications include:

• A current RN license in Wisconsin
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and nights
• Prioritization and multitasking abilities
