Hybrid Litigation Legal Assistant

About the Role

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Atlanta, Georgia, with up to two days of remote work each week. As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you will be the organizational backbone of a busy litigation practice, supporting attorneys with the documents, deadlines, and coordination that keep active cases on track. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and proofread litigation documents, correspondence, and court filings.
• Manage attorney calendars, track filing deadlines, and monitor case schedules.
• Coordinate e-filing and submissions in line with applicable court rules and procedures.
• Maintain well-organized physical and electronic case files for fast retrieval.
• Schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings while communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support that helps attorneys focus on substantive legal work.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or legal secretary, ideally within litigation.
• Working knowledge of court filing processes, legal terminology, and document formatting.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing deadlines with accuracy.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills for professional client and court interactions.
• Comfort with standard legal and office software in a hybrid work setting.
