What This Role Involves

As a Line Cook at Applebee's, you will be part of the kitchen team responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with other cooks to maintain efficiency and quality standards while ensuring all dishes are prepared according to our recipes and presentation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve food items according to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area at all times.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies to prevent spoilage and waste.
• Work closely with other cooks and staff members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure timely service.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Line Cook or equivalent position in the foodservice industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment operation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
