Accenture is hiring a Life Sciences MedTech Supply Chain, Management Consulting Manager to join its consulting practice in the SoMa neighborhood of San Francisco. In this full-time, on-site role, you will help leading life sciences and medical technology organizations rethink and strengthen the supply chains that move their products from development to patient.
About the Role
As a Management Consulting Manager focused on Life Sciences MedTech Supply Chain, you will partner directly with senior executives, leadership teams, and boards at some of the world's most influential enterprises. Your mission is to guide these organizations through meaningful reinvention—unlocking growth, sharpening competitiveness, streamlining operations, lowering costs, and creating lasting value for every stakeholder.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise C-suite executives and boards within the life sciences and MedTech sectors on supply chain strategy and transformation.
- Design and deliver operational improvements that increase efficiency and reduce cost across the supply chain.
- Help clients reinvent core functions to accelerate growth and raise industry performance standards.
- Lead consulting engagements that produce sustainable, 360° value for clients and their wider stakeholder networks.
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable, measurable plans for medical technology supply chains.
Qualifications
- Proven management consulting experience, ideally within life sciences, MedTech, or supply chain domains.
- Strong grasp of supply chain operations, cost optimization, and enterprise transformation.
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to lead teams and deliver results on complex, high-impact projects.
- Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco for a full-time engagement.
