As a Management Consulting Manager focused on Life Sciences MedTech Supply Chain, you will partner directly with senior leaders—C-suite executives, boards, and functional heads—at some of the world's most influential enterprises. Your work centers on reimagining supply chain operations to strengthen competitiveness, lower costs, and unlock sustainable, end-to-end value for every stakeholder.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise life sciences and medical technology clients on rethinking and modernizing their supply chain functions.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to design strategies that accelerate growth and operational performance.
• Identify and implement operational improvements that reduce cost and raise efficiency across the enterprise.
• Help clients deliver durable 360° value to shareholders, patients, employees, and the broader industry.
• Lead engagement teams and shape solutions that set a new benchmark for performance in the MedTech sector.

Qualifications

• Proven management consulting experience, ideally serving life sciences or medical technology clients.
• Deep working knowledge of supply chain strategy, operations, and transformation.
• Confidence advising and influencing senior executives and board-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational improvement capabilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Nashville, Tennessee, in a full-time capacity.
