Headway is hiring a full-time licensed psychiatrist based in Preble, Wisconsin to provide virtual psychiatric care through our integrated healthcare platform. About the Role

As a licensed psychiatrist with Headway, you'll deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment management to patients accessing care through our platform. You'll maintain full clinical autonomy while benefiting from our administrative infrastructure—insurance authorization, patient coordination, billing, and documentation compliance handled for you.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations
• Manage psychiatric medications and monitor treatment outcomes
• Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation and medical records
• Coordinate with insurance providers to maximize patient access to covered care
• Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based clinical practice

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted medical license as a psychiatrist (MD or DO)
• Active state licensure in good standing
• Solid foundation in psychiatric practice and patient care delivery
• Comfort working within insurance-based healthcare models
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based treatment
• Professional integrity and focus on patient outcomes
