LifeStance Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our clinical team in Shelbyville, Tennessee. What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and psychological assessments to establish individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and care coordinators, to support integrated patient care
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment interventions as needed, and prepare discharge summaries
- Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
What We're Looking For
- Valid, unrestricted license as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in Kentucky or ability to obtain one
- Demonstrated clinical experience in mental health assessment and treatment
- Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and client-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based healthcare environment
- Professional judgment and ethical practice consistent with licensing board standards
