Headway is hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide mental health services through our innovative telehealth platform, serving clients across the nation from your home office in Minerva Park, Ohio. As a licensed clinical psychologist with Headway, you'll join a mission to make quality mental healthcare accessible and affordable. What You'll Do
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing
- Complete comprehensive psychological assessments and treatment planning
- Manage client records and maintain detailed clinical documentation
- Coordinate with insurance providers to verify coverage and optimize claim processing
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment interventions
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers as clinically appropriate
What We're Looking For
- Valid, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- Active, current malpractice insurance
