Anduril Industries is hiring a Legal Counsel, IP Transactions in Washington, D.C. to drive the legal strategy behind the company's most consequential intellectual property and technology agreements.
About the Role
As Legal Counsel, IP Transactions at Anduril Industries, you will partner with cross-functional teams to shape and execute the deals that protect and commercialize Anduril's technology portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Washington, D.C., suited to an attorney who thrives at the intersection of complex intellectual property and high-stakes commercial negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on the legal dimensions of Anduril's most strategically significant IP and technology transactions.
- Structure and negotiate inbound and outbound technology licensing arrangements.
- Support IP-intensive commercial partnerships, collaborations, and co-development agreements.
- Guide strategic alliances, OEM relationships, and reseller agreements from a legal and IP perspective.
- Collaborate closely with business, engineering, and product stakeholders to align deal terms with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as legal counsel handling intellectual property and technology transactions.
- Working knowledge of technology licensing, commercial partnerships, and co-development structures.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across a range of IP-heavy commercial agreements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support strategically important deals in a fast-moving environment.
- Active license to practice law and authorization to work on-site in Washington, D.C.
