About the Role
As a Lease Up Service Technician at The Bellwether in Denver, Colorado, you'll play a pivotal part in preparing and maintaining apartment homes during the critical lease-up phase. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a detail-oriented technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a polished, move-in-ready experience for new residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform make-ready turns, inspections, and repairs to prepare new apartment homes for incoming residents.
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance requests across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems.
- Support the lease-up of The Bellwether by ensuring units, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar's quality standards.
- Respond promptly to service tickets and assist with emergency maintenance as scheduled.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community environment for residents and prospective renters.
Qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience in apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair tasks.
- Ability to work on-site in Denver, Colorado, on a full-time basis.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a resident-focused mindset.
- Relevant trade certifications (such as EPA/HVAC) are a plus.
