About the Role
As the Lead, Warehouse Team, you will be the on-the-floor point person for daily warehouse activity in Mcmicken Heights. This full-time, on-site position blends machine operation, inventory control, and people leadership, making it ideal for a trained operator who enjoys both equipment work and coordinating a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate lifting equipment, including reach trucks and forklifts, to move and store product.
- Oversee and support a team of warehouse associates and delivery drivers throughout the shift.
- Perform cycle counts and use RF scanners to maintain accurate, real-time inventory records.
- Enter and pull information from the company's data works systems to keep records current.
- Coordinate workflow and communicate clearly with team members and other departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a trained material handler operating reach trucks and forklifts.
- Hands-on familiarity with cycle counting and RF scanner technology.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage warehouse associates and drivers.
- Comfortable working on a computer, with working knowledge of the MS Suite.
- Experience using data works systems to input and retrieve data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively across the team.
