Role Overview

The Lead Specialist, Strategy at Pearson is a key role within the Corporate Strategy Team. This position reports directly to the Head of Strategy and is based in Boise, Idaho with no remote option available.

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with company goals and objectives
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategy development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic priorities
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership for approval and implementation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy development or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments
• Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives
• Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
