About This Position
PruTech Solutions is seeking a Lead or Senior Software Developer to join our team in West Indianapolis. As part of the engineering department, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to the development of innovative software solutions for diverse clients across various industries including government, finance, retail, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex software systems.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and scope.

- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of applications.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
