About the Role

As a Lead Corporate Investigator, you will oversee a team of investigators and manage complex cases from initiation to resolution. You will develop investigative strategies, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and deliver clear, actionable reports to senior stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Plan and lead internal investigations into misconduct, fraud, policy violations, and security incidents.
• Conduct interviews, collect and preserve evidence, and maintain detailed case documentation.
• Collaborate with legal counsel, human resources, and external law enforcement when necessary.
• Analyze findings to identify root causes and recommend corrective or preventive measures.
• Prepare investigative summaries, executive briefings, and presentation materials for leadership review.
• Monitor ongoing cases, track timelines, and ensure timely closure according to established standards.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior investigators, fostering a culture of integrity and rigor.
• Stay current with emerging risks, investigative techniques, and relevant laws affecting the telecommunications industry.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, security, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFE, CISSP) preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience conducting corporate investigations, with at least two years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of investigative procedures, evidence handling, and report writing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interviewing witnesses and working across diverse teams.
• Proficiency with case management software, data analysis tools, and standard office applications.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving aptitude, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings to executives.
