What You'll Do

• Assist the Store Manager with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is ready for business each day
• Supervise and motivate sales associates on the floor, providing guidance on product knowledge and customer service
• Help maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays, restocking merchandise, and executing seasonal updates
• Monitor inventory levels, support receiving processes, and participate in cycle counts to keep stock accurate
• Handle cash transactions, process returns, and enforce loss‑prevention policies in accordance with company guidelines
• Contribute to staff scheduling by tracking availability and communicating shift changes under managerial direction
• Train new hires on store policies, safety protocols, and the brand’s mission‑driven approach to retail
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to enhance the shopping experience
• Participate in store meetings and share feedback on operational improvements and merchandise performance

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in a specialty or pop‑culture focused environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail for inventory and visual tasks
• Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash and electronic payments
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
