About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper to join our team at Culdesac Tempe. As an in-house Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our green spaces, ensuring that our community remains a vibrant and inviting environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the appearance of public and private landscapes within Culdesac Tempe
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and mulching
- Oversee planting and replanting efforts to ensure a lush and diverse environment
- Implement sustainable landscaping practices to support our community's environmental goals
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and guidelines related to landscaping and maintenance
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Landscaper who can bring a passion for nature and a commitment to detail to the role. Key qualifications include:
- At least 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance or related field
- Proficiency with common landscaping tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and pruners
- A strong understanding of sustainable landscaping practices
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a customer service mindset, ensuring that our residents' outdoor spaces are always in top condition
