Kitchen Designer

Home Depot is seeking a Kitchen Designer for our Littleton, Grafton County showroom. In this full-time role, you'll partner with homeowners to create beautiful, functional kitchen and bathroom spaces that match their vision, style, and budget while building lasting customer relationships.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing design position where you'll serve as a trusted advisor for clients planning kitchen and bath renovations. You'll combine product expertise, creative problem-solving, and sales acumen to guide customers through the entire design process—from initial consultation to final product selection.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and uncover their design goals, lifestyle needs, and budget parameters through active listening
• Present design options across multiple price points and styles to suit every customer's needs and preferences
• Provide product samples and materials for customers to take home and evaluate in their own space
• Leverage design tools and software to visualize layouts, test configurations, and refine concepts with customers
• Advise on kitchen and bath products, materials, installation approaches, and project timelines
• Consult on aesthetic choices and functional improvements that maximize functionality and visual appeal
