Position Summary

African Diamond, a leading travel company based in Southern Africa and specialising in the Turkish market, is seeking a Junior/Intermediate Inbound Reservations Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service through efficient reservation management for tailor-made packages, group bookings, meetings, events, incentive travel, conferences, and special occasions.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage inbound reservations with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service to clients in the Turkish market
• Work closely with event planners and team leaders to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements
• Handle last-minute changes and cancellations promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative African travel solutions
