Position Summary

Suu Balm, a consumer health product company with a 12-year history and several commercialised brands, is seeking a Junior Community & Advocacy Executive to join its team in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). This full-time position involves driving community engagement and advocacy efforts for the brand's unique skincare products.

Core Duties

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote Suu Balm’s brand and products
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, dermatologists, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and credibility
• Create and manage content for social media platforms to engage the target audience
• Organise and participate in events, webinars, and community outreach programs
• Analyse data and feedback from community interactions to inform future strategies

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in community management or advocacy roles is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
