The Opportunity

Ignite Travel Group is seeking a dedicated IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic Technology team. As an integral member of the support network, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity and productivity across all business units. Reporting directly to the IT Operations Manager, this role offers hands-on experience in technical support and environment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to managers and team members across the organization
• Maintain a reliable computing environment for all users
• Work closely with IT Operations Manager on strategic initiatives and problem-solving
• Ensure adherence to best practices in technology management and security
• Support continuous improvement of our technological infrastructure

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role
• Strong technical skills with a focus on Windows, Mac, and Linux environments
• Familiarity with network administration and troubleshooting
• Experience in managing helpdesk operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
