About the Role
Rocket Lab is seeking a dedicated Ion Propulsion Production & Test Technician to join our team in New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide). As an Ion Propulsion Production & Test Technician, you will be responsible for the production and testing of ion propulsion systems, ensuring they meet rigorous quality standards and are ready for integration into our spacecraft.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections and tests on ion propulsion components to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Assemble and disassemble ion propulsion systems following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Operate specialized equipment for the production, testing, and maintenance of ion propulsion systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges and improve processes.
Requirements
