What This Role Involves

The Centralized Interviewer serves as a clinical interviewer who assesses candidates' skills and experience. This role is crucial in streamlining decision-making across the Regional Clinical Director and Talent Advisors while delivering an exceptional candidate experience that aligns with ABA Therapy for Autism’s mission and values.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for various roles within the organization.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Clinical Directors and Talent Advisors to ensure a cohesive and efficient interview process.
• Create and maintain detailed candidate profiles, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded.
• Deliver feedback to candidates in a professional and supportive manner, enhancing their understanding of the organization’s mission and values.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in clinical interviewing or related field preferred.
• A deep understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using interview software and tools.
