The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Loss Adjuster to join our Property and Masterpiece claims team. As a key member of this dynamic group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, market-leading claims experiences for both our customers and brokers. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service during their time with us.

Core Duties

• Evaluate and adjust property damage claims to ensure fair and accurate settlements
• Conduct thorough investigations of loss events to determine cause, extent, and liability
• Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to resolve claims promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced colleagues as needed

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in loss adjusting or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex claims with professionalism and integrity
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with insurance policies and claim procedures
• Prior experience working within the Property and Casualty sector is advantageous but not required
