What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to assigned departments or offices

- Prepare, organize, and maintain institutional records, documents, and files with accuracy and confidentiality
- Process administrative paperwork, data entry, and maintain databases or tracking systems
- Coordinate communications between departments, offices, and external contacts
- Support event planning, registration, or special projects as assigned
- Assist with grant administration, compliance documentation, or research support activities
- Perform general office duties including supply ordering, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; some college coursework or associate degree preferred
- Demonstrated administrative experience or 2+ years in an office support or clerical role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to work confidentially with sensitive information
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
