The Opportunity

Rexroth is seeking a motivated and analytical Controller / FP&A Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, controlling, business performance management, and management reporting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the finance team's strategic initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Core Duties

• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Conduct regular financial analysis, variance analysis, and prepare management reporting packages.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Support the FP&A team in developing and implementing financial models and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and optimize operations.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong financial acumen and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively within the team.
