Position Summary
Fuel progress by safeguarding quality—join Didion’s night team. As an In-Process Quality Technician, you'll be the guardian of product integrity through every shift.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Conduct inspections and tests on grain milling products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Document findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that may impact product quality.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in quality control or related field.
- Familiarity with grain milling processes and equipment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they become problems.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
