About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Start-Up and Warranty Technician to join our dynamic and expanding team. This role is crucial for ensuring that all HVAC systems installed by B&I Contractors operate efficiently and meet client expectations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform start-up procedures on newly installed HVAC systems, including testing and adjusting components.
• Conduct warranty inspections to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Resolve any issues or malfunctions within the first 90 days of installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and system reliability.
• Document all work performed in a clear and concise manner for future reference.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to perform complex start-up procedures on various HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ASHRAE guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job site visits.
