About the Role

As an HVAC/R Technician II based in Sand Lake, Florida, you will handle a variety of service assignments across commercial and industrial facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of HVAC/R service, maintenance, and repair tasks for commercial and industrial customers.
• Diagnose, service, and maintain chiller systems using applicable technical expertise.
• Respond to service calls promptly and resolve equipment issues with sound, decisive judgment.
• Communicate effectively and courteously with customers, building managers, and team members.
• Take ownership of assigned work and follow through dependably from start to completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC/R service technician, at a level II skill set.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience servicing chiller systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse customer groups.
• A self-starter who is decisive, courteous, and consistently dependable.
• Comfortable working in commercial and industrial service environments.
