About the Role
As an HVAC/R Technician II based in Sand Lake, Orange County, you will handle a variety of service assignments across commercial and industrial facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of HVAC/R service, maintenance, and repair tasks for commercial and industrial customers.

- Communicate effectively and courteously with customers, building managers, and team members.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC/R service technician, at a level II skill set.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience servicing chiller systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse customer groups.
- A self-starter who is decisive, courteous, and consistently dependable.
- Comfortable working in commercial and industrial service environments.
