About the Role

As a Wildlife Technician, you'll be on the front line of humane wildlife management and pest control, helping residential and commercial customers across Union County and the greater Charlotte region protect their properties. This is a field-based, full-time position built around problem-solving, customer service, and steady professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect homes and businesses to identify wildlife activity, entry points, and contributing conditions
  • Carry out safe trapping, removal, exclusion, and prevention work in line with company and regulatory standards
  • Recommend and apply effective treatment and deterrent solutions tailored to each site
  • Communicate clearly with customers, explaining findings and next steps with professionalism
  • Document service visits accurately and maintain reliable records
  • Service routes throughout Monroe, Matthews, Charlotte, and Mint Hill as assigned

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working outdoors, in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to working safely
  • Customer-focused mindset with dependable communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and a clean, professional approach to fieldwork
  • Willingness to learn wildlife control techniques and earn any required certifications
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage a daily service schedule
