About This Position

This is a full-time position based in Murray Area, Wagga Wagga Region. UGL Group and CPB Contractors have been selected by Transgrid to deliver the 130km western section of the HumeLink high voltage electricity transmission project. As an HR Undergraduate, you will be part of a team supporting this significant infrastructure development project.

What You'll Do

• Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Aid in the organization and management of HR records and documentation
• Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist with event planning and coordination for team-building activities
• Support communication efforts between employees and management

What We're Looking For

• A current undergraduate student in Human Resources or a related field
• Demonstrated interest in human resources and career aspirations within the industry
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
